This service is provided as a court icy to our customers in order to provide them with quick and easily available access to there inspections report. Environspec Ltd, DBA Tri-County Home Inspections accepts no responsibility or liability for the report or its contents after it has been printed and distributed.

You may at your discretion give access to the report to your attorney and or real estate agent.

Your building inspection report is available for you to print and review. The report and its access is limited to all inclusions as expressly described in your pre inspection agreement.
